Innovations in urban passenger transport in Greater Eurasia
One of the tools for shaping the sustainable social and ecological well-being of the population of Greater Eurasia is the concept of the EKOGRAD program, developed by the Eurasian Council on Health, Quality of Life and the Environment, which includes such an element as eco-transport.
In the opinion of the Eurasian Commissioners of the EECO, the transport infrastructure in the planning structure of the modern city is the basis around which elements of the urban environment are formed and develop: microdistricts, residential areas, city and district centers, zones where industrial enterprises, health facilities, sports complexes, recreational facilities are located etc. In this regard, its proper development greatly influences the construction of a modern comfortable environment for most cities. A separate linkage requires the solution of environmental issues.
